Hey everyone!
I've been reading up on the latest developments in neural technology and how it's driving the growth of the AI wearables market. It's wild to think how far we've come from step counters to smartwatches that detect heart issues or even brainwave-monitoring headbands that help manage stress.
Some wearables now use EEG sensors to track brain activity and give real-time feedback for improving sleep, focus, and even mood. And with AI in the mix, these devices don’t just track they learn and adapt. For example, some smart headphones can tell when you're distracted and gently steer you back into focus.
Here are a few questions I’ve been thinking about:
Would you feel comfortable wearing a device that reads brainwaves or tracks your emotions?
Where do you think AI wearables will be in 5 years totally normal or still niche?
Are the privacy concerns worth the potential benefits?
Anyone using a neural tech wearable now (like Muse, Dreem, or Neurable)? What’s your experience?
Would love to hear your thoughts!
Also, if any of you are working on related projects or have experience with this tech, there’s a chance to Write for us Tech and share your insights. Whether you're a developer, a health tech enthusiast, or someone just passionate about the future of AI you might want to contribute to the broader conversation.
Looking forward to hearing your perspectives!
