To find the Windows Startup folder using File Explorer in Windows 10:

1. Press Windows + E to open File Explorer.
2. For the current user's Startup folder, navigate to:C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
3. For the all-users Startup folder, navigate to:C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
