There was a limit of 8 tickets to purchase, but I needed 10. I spent multiple hours trying to buy an additional 2 tickets. Having this type of limit on a family event is crazy. Upon calling customer service at +1.877.906.6407 . .Ticketmaster the only+1.877.906.6407 . solution offered to me was to have someone else in my party order the extra 2 tickets, which is ridiculous! Because of this limit, 2 people in our party had to sit elsewhere, which defeats the purpose of planning a family event.Event was great, unfortunately, SAP Center +1.877.906.6407 . opened doors 30 minutes before the event+1.877.906.6407 . . Only 2 doors and long lanes to get in the venue waited for +45 minutes to get in. Also, few concessions were opened, lanes took more than 40 minutes. Worst experience ever with SAP Center.
