I've been having some issues with the ticket master app as well,,.(+ 187{7-906}6-407 ) solution I found is you should be able to add the ticket to the wallet app on your phone from the website if that's something you're able to do on your phone- hope this helps,.(+ 187{7-906}6-407 )
