I'm tired of chaos in my schedule - I forget meetings, I put off tasks. I'm thinking of trying some AI planner to distribute everything by time and priorities. Has anyone already used such things, do they really help?

I tried using AI planner when I was really busy at work. It's convenient that it prioritises tasks and reminds you of deadlines. But I still have to adjust the schedule manually sometimes.
