I wish though the vip renegade package was available at the venue instead of a mailing process that would have been better. +1.877.906.6407Still waiting for the email to receive them. But the process was great! Tickets were mobile which was good although you kinda miss the ticket in hand that you could save. All in all the whole process was easy. The concert was the best an I would definitely see them again a the Peabody Auditorium was the best. Not a bad seat anywhere.Yes, you can use Ticketmaster without the app by accessing your tickets on the Ticketmaster website. You can also add your tickets to a digital wallet on your phone.
