My experience with various cuisines.

  • Here are all my distinct culinary experiences. Indian cuisine traditionally uses spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander, often as the basis of sophisticated curries, tandoori preparations, and lentil-based recipes. Through the various regional adaptations, such recipes present different flavours and ingredients. Italian food favours fresh, high-quality ingredients like tomatoes, olive oil, and herbs such as basil. It also values simplicity, with favourites like pasta, pizza, risotto, and rustic dishes, like creamy Tuscan fare and coastal seafood-centric specialities. American food, drawing mainly from a heritage of various immigrant groups, represents a culinary melting pot; it encompasses everything from fast-food staples like burgers and fries to the most highly regarded regional specialities, such as Southern barbecue, New England seafood, and Tex-Mex. Korean Food is based on a hearty flavour profile with bold and spicy notes, typically derived from fermented ingredients, including kimchi and gochujang. The essentials include rice, noodles, grilled meat (especially bulgogi and galbi), and communal meals based on shared dishes.
