Esophageal cancer is a very rare cancer which is developed in the esophagus. It is the tube which moves food and liquids from the throat to the stomach. Several treatment plans are there but Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) is a modern, attractive and successful option for the treatment of esophageal cancers. High-grade and eligible dysplasia and mucosa-limited neoplasms are the candidates for EMR, because of the low risk of node metastasis in these cases to treat esophagus cancer.
